Regarding Business Process Mapping
It’s time I got to work learning about Business Process Mapping.
I think that we could benefit from process mapping methods here. I think it could improve our efficiency.
So I’ve been poking around the Internet reading up on Process Design to get a better idea about it.
I’m not normally one for overly formalized processes, but we’ve gotten to the point where more organization is needed.
