Researching Six Sigma
What’s the deal with six sigma? I mean, a lot of people I respect have been telling me to look into six sigma programs as a way of streamlining my business.
I’ve been researching Six Sigma Black Belt Training in particular. It’s expensive, but it looks like it might pay for itself with cost savings.
If my former business partner’s experience is any indication, six sigma could really make a big difference for us in terms of the bottom line.
