No Room For Error In Government Construction Contract Management Negotiations
I would guess that the most difficult part of any type of construction business is the bid and negotiation process. In most cases, both sides on a government construction contract management negotiation will stay professional that is not always the case. I own a tile installation company that prides itself on never being the one to breach a clause in the contract. I just consider this good business and would expect that everyone else would just do the same. Most of the time all parties involved hold up their end of the bargain. I am glad that this process is getting easier as I gain more experience.
