What Is Included In EMR?
One level of medical EMR is considered non-electronic documents. These are things that the office needs every day to operate, but the things that need to be imputed separately into their computers. This includes phone calls, letters, bills, and anything they receive through the mail. This can also include faxes since there is not a record of them until they are added into the computer.
