Leading the way with Siebel CRM

Siebel came onto the scene in mid 1993 with it’s popular sales force automation software and slowly merged into the CRM markets eventually becoming the most sought after CRM software for businesses looking to upgrade their efficiency and resources planning capabilities. Siebel Companies held the top spot and was the place to go for this kind of software, literally pioneering incredible concepts in many areas that today are standard CRM features. In the late 1990’s Oracle bought Siebel for 5.8 billion dollars and the brand name is now owned and operated by Oracle which was a smart move. The company continues to operate and although it’s reached some tough economic times with Microsoft’s CRM software coming out, it continues to be many companies primary CRM software solution.
